The cultural center Trommen
The cultural center Trommen is located in the heart of Hørsholm and shows a wide range of different cultural offerings spanning a wide range of genres. From Rock to stand-up and everything in between.
The large span was also the reason why Trommen chose to upgrade their sound system. The new PA system should help improve the sound quality for all audiences in the 357-person hall.
Thomas Løve, who is chief technician at the cultural center Trommen, had the choice between 4 other manufacturers, but ended up choosing Stouenborg's solution with the LINA line array loudspeaker from Meyer Sound.
Stouenborg has been involved in the project as advisers and installers, and the PA system itself was designed by Anders Jørgensen from Stouenborg and Theis Romme from Meyer Sound.
The cultural centers new sound system was inaugurated with a long series of concerts, where there was everything from acoustic guitar and solo vocals to musicals, power rock and stand-up. The system passed the test and has been well received by the audience, artists and sound professionals.
